“So you’re sure I won’t lose any of the text?”
This video, which I’m apparently late in discovering, hits close to home. I spend part of my work days trying to help people understand new technology, which also involves easing fears and soothing frazzled nerves. The IT guy in this sketch has a really good desk-side manner, in my opinion. Also, this is just really funny and well done.
